Montagne Noir publishes an editorial guide to wine, dining, and life in Crans-Montana. The site is offered as it is, and these terms describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Editorial nature

Wine, dining, and event listings reflect our own observations and the information shared with us by venues. We are not a booking platform. Hours, prices, menus, and availability change — verify anything time-sensitive directly with the venue before you go. Restaurants and wineries close, change hands, and reinvent themselves; we update entries as we learn of changes.

Personal services

When you ask us to arrange something — a table, a tasting, a transfer — we act on your instructions. The service is provided by the third party in question; we coordinate, we do not operate. Restaurants, wineries, hotels, and transport providers each have their own terms, cancellation rules, and liability. Where we make a booking on your behalf, those terms apply to you directly.

Use of the site

You are welcome to read, link to, and quote our pages with attribution. You may not republish substantial extracts, scrape the site, or use the content to train models without written permission. Trade marks, photography credits, and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

We link to third-party websites — venues, tourism offices, transport operators — for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith conversation falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Valais.
